In September 1993, he founded Back to the 50's, Inc., a specialty retailer that sold 50's and 60's memorabilia through a mail order catalog and showroom. In 1995, he sold the Company to Crowne Ventures where he continued to serve as a member of the board until his resignation in 1998. From September 1999 through October 2002, Hank served as Chairman of the Board of Americabilia.com, Inc. (now known as Seaena, Inc.), a company engaged in direct Internet merchandizing of American-themed collectibles, gifts and memorabilia.

With nearly 40 years experience in the food industry, Sam has served as President and CEO of Natural Harmony Foods, Inc. since he founded the Company in January 2002. Natural Harmony Foods is an independent food company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, that develops and markets natural meat products blended with soy protein that are lower in fat. Beginning in 1970, Sam spent ten years with Campbell Soup Company as General Manager of the Pepperidge Farm Biscuit Division, and then joined Mars, Inc. in 1980, serving as President of the Snackmaster division until 1988. Sam was also an early stage TCBY franchisee who opened eight stores in Georgia and Florida in the late 1980's. He received a Bachelor's degree from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

Rico has served as Vice President of Franchise Development for Healthy Fast Food since April 2007, primarily responsible for U-SWIRL's brand expansion efforts, including oversight of franchise sales and finance. A 15-year veteran of Wall Street, he began his career in the financial services industry as a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch in 1991 before moving on to Oppenheimer & Co., where he managed institutional sales trading in middle market-listed stocks. In 1997, he joined the investment banking team at NYC-based Alexander Westcap, advising micro and small cap companies on capital formation, money management, mergers and acquisitions. From 2000 until 2003, Rico owned and operated Stone Harbor Financial Services, LLC, a full service retail brokerage and investment banking firm headquartered in New York City with branch offices in New Jersey and Long Island. From 2003 through 2005, he served as an institutional sales trader at Tradition Aisle Securities and Garden State Securities and then formed PIN Financial LLC, a NASD member investment banking firm that he led as President and Managing Principle until its sale in 2006. Rico earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Rider University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Jim Sims

Mr. Sims' experience in the food and beverage industry spans five decades. His vast experience has been concentrated in operations and he offers valuable knowledge in that area. Specifically, Mr. Sims has been instrumental in developing cost effective strategies for more efficient store operations. These strategies include labor cost analysis, food cost analysis, etc... Jim's ability to identify methods of increasing operational efficiencies while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction has been the backbone to his long and successful career in food and beverage industry and more specifically with Pizza Hut. Mr. Sims served in the United States Air Force and received an associate degree from Porterville College.
